On the 5th floor of an abandoned building in Metaxourghio, overlooking the city of Athens, Metaphoria II will bring together 10 international artists, with existing and new, site-specifc works and an audio installation, where a chorus of pan-European actors will read a poem by the Portuguese author Rui Costa. Metaphoria II is a group show of contemporary art conceived as a research platform: a dialogue between the visual arts and poetry, using metaphors as a medium.
